Supported Living

We support people with learning difficulties, including autistic spectrum conditions, epilepsy and other health needs, mental health needs, and physical disabilities, can access our disability support programmes.

We collaborate with each person’s “circle of support” to make a positive and tangible change in their life. We place a premium on each person’s ability; we have high expectations for what they can do and provide support to help them achieve their objectives.

We provide this specialised assistance in family homes, independently and in supported living properties that we have specially adapted in collaboration with reputable and experienced landlords and housing associations to provide appropriate homes for people with learning and physical disabilities.
